About The Fitness Food Guy
Kyle Carillet started his introduction to the gym about 12 years ago. He struggled with being a "thick" kid most of his life, and through that found a healthy motivation for the gym, which grew into more than a passion — it became a lifestyle!
He went into coaching to help others achieve their fitness goals — from major weight loss to just getting more cut and fit. In the last 5 years he has competed in multiple bodybuilding and fitness competitions. These were challenging on a whole different level and have brought a healthy outlook on his self-development.
After having a few coaches teach Kyle the only way to stay in shape was to eat bland chicken and rice he got burnt out. He challenged himself and set out to find a way to enjoy life and food but still physically progress at the same time! This is what started him on cooking macro-friendly meals and transforming into The Fitness Food Guy! From the gym to the table he's here to help you find balance, make progress, and live your best life.
