About the Challenge

Most of you know me as the food guy from TikTok and Instagram, but a couple of years back it was a much different story. The moment I realized all it took was learning to cook a little more, and getting more active each week, everything changed! This challenge is about transforming day-to-day life into a sustainable and healthy lifestyle one day at a time. Each week, new and fun workouts will be released for beginners or advanced. Plus, get easy and flexible meal prep recipes for 28 days. Move More, Cook More is for anyone who wants to challenge themselves starting on a smaller scale. All it takes is 28 days to be more disciplined, learn better habits, and transform. It’s the start of a lifestyle transformation that will hopefully stick, by learning to move a little more and cook a little more. To make it even more fun there will be stacks of cash, prizes, and supplements up for grabs for those who make the biggest lifestyle transformation.

Submit before & after photos

Submit before photos with a dated sign that says “Before - Move More, Cook More” PRIOR TO THURS OCT 6th. At the end of the challenge submit after photos with a “After - Move More, Cook More” sign BEFORE FRI NOV 4th
