About the challenge

The Season II Challenge is a comprehensive program designed to help you preserve muscle mass while burning unwanted body fat. This program combines six weightlifting workouts each week with fasted cardio sessions every morning to maximize your results.

To get started with the program, you'll need access to a gym and basic weightlifting equipment. Each workout is designed to take around 90 minutes to complete. The cardio sessions should be done in the morning before breakfast and should last between 20-30 minutes.

Throughout the program, you'll track your progress to see how far you've come. Your best physique is built through consistency and steady progress over time. So when you look back after crushing these 4 weeks, you’ll have a lot to be proud of and more to carry forward into the year and beyond.

Before & After Pictures | Best Practices:

  • Use a neutral background: Choose a simple, plain background that won't distract from your body. A blank wall or solid-colored backdrop works well.

  • Wear minimal clothing: To accurately track your progress, wear form-fitting clothing such as shorts and a sports bra for women or shorts and no shirt for men. This will allow you to see changes in your body shape and size more clearly.

  • Take photos in good lighting: Natural lighting is best, so take your photos outside or in a room with lots of windows. Avoid using flash or harsh overhead lighting, as this can create unflattering shadows.

  • Take consistent photos: For the most accurate comparison, take photos from the front, both sides, and the rear-facing view each time. Make sure to stand in the same position and take the photos at the same angle each time.

  • Be mindful of posture: Stand up straight with your shoulders back and your stomach pulled in. This will help you look your best and make it easier to compare your before and after photos.

  • Take photos at the same time of day: Try to take your before and after photos at the same time of day to ensure consistent lighting and a similar body state. Ideally, take them in the morning before eating or drinking anything.
