As a 2x Olympian in the sport of Track and Field, my most asked question has always been, “Nick, how do I improve my mile time?”
Well, the wait is FINALLY OVER! I’m revealing my tips, tricks, and secrets to a FASTER mile. That’s right, I’ve written a 30-day program that is guaranteed to get you to a faster mile time. How to take before & after pictures
***PHOTO REQUIREMENTS MUST BE FOLLOWED FOR A CHANCE TO WIN CASH PRIZES ***
Before: Submit a photo of your mile time on either a treadmill, watch, etc. just needs to show one mile distance + time. Submit before June 3rd.
After: Since there is 4x $500 on the line, after MUST include a video of your full mile. Can be on the treadmill/at the track, but must be filmed! Submit before July 7th.

Submit a before picture or video
