As a 2x Olympian in the sport of Track and Field, my most asked question has always been, “Nick, how do I improve my mile time?”

Well, the wait is FINALLY OVER! I’m revealing my tips, tricks, and secrets to a FASTER mile. That’s right, I’ve written a 30-day program that is guaranteed to get you to a faster mile time. How to take before & after pictures

***PHOTO REQUIREMENTS MUST BE FOLLOWED FOR A CHANCE TO WIN CASH PRIZES ***

  • Before: Submit a photo of your mile time on either a treadmill, watch, etc. just needs to show one mile distance + time. Submit before June 3rd.

  • After: Since there is 4x $500 on the line, after MUST include a video of your full mile. Can be on the treadmill/at the track, but must be filmed! Submit before July 7th.

Sign up & download the app

Sign up on this page and make sure to download my app. If you already have the app downloaded, you just need to submit before/after photos or videos, and you’ll automatically have access to the challenge in my app! Challenge starts June 1!

Submit a before picture or video

Take a BEFORE picture and submit your photo no later than Saturday, June 3rd! You must follow the rules on “How to take before & after pictures” in order to be considered as one of the challenge winners. Follow the exact directions above for a chance to win one of the four $500 cash prizes!

Submit an after video
