About the challenge

Welcome to the “Don't Quit” Challenge!

This program is designed to help build your “Don't Quit” mentality! Whether you just started your 2024 fitness journey or continuing your progress, this is a 3 day split program over the period of 4 weeks!

To help keep ourselves accountable we are going to strive for 3 daily non-negotiable goals! For example, making your bed, drinking 3L of water, protein intake goal - anything that can help you stay on track both physically and mentally for 2024!

This is a dumbbell only program making it easy for you to fit in your workouts in the gym or at home. You didn’t come this far to QUIT!
