The Lost Breed Summer Shred Challenge
Join us for the 30-day challenge!
This 30-Day Challenge is designed to push your body to the limit. You will be training lower body and upper body cardio circuits. This is a complete program to help guide you to that transformation you are looking for.
With online training programs and 30-day challenges, it is up to you at the end of the day to keep up the intensity. The pace you choose to perform this program is entirely in your hands. Self-motivation is key. We are not physically there with you, therefore, you are in control of your own results. The harder you work the better the outcome.
30 days and 30 nights we need you tuned in all the way. Now, this is not only in the gym/home, it comes down to dieting as well. Lock-in and stay focused!

To be eligible for our grand prize, we will be selecting three winners based on total body composition change between before & after photos, as well as consistency & engagement throughout the challenge.

✍️ How to enter

Submit before and after photos
To be eligible to win grand prizes, submit your before photos no later than Thursday May 5th. Submit your final photos by Sunday June 5th. Make sure to HOLD A SIGN with your NAME, DATE & WEIGHT and include front, back & side photos for both.

Make sure you have our app
Download our The Lost Breed App to access our “Summer Shred Challenge.” You’ll also have access to our other training programs, recipes guides, nutrition tips & more! If you already have the app downloaded, you’ll automatically have access to the challenge, but you will still need to submit your before/after photos.
