Our new Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) will help you learn more about your subscribers to build better relationships with them for your business.

Use this tool to your advantage! Download customer contact details directly and leverage them to market your content, share important updates, and engage your fans.

Here’s how you can access this tool:

Step 1: Log into the Admin Panel here.

Make sure to select the "Sign in with email" option under the pink button. You'll get a code emailed to you so you can log in.

Step 2: Tap on CRM from the navigation bar.

Step 3: Tap on Export to download the data.

FAQs

Why can’t I view some subscribers?

Some users may not appear in the list as they have opted to have their data hidden or selected to opt-out of email communication. Therefore, you are unable to view their information or email them.

How can I use the tool to email a selected group of users?

Following the steps above, you’ll first want to export your full email list. Then, upload and create individual audience segments in your email marketing tool (we recommend Mailchimp).
