Payments are processed by third-party payment processors, including Stripe, Apple, and Google.

We receive limited transaction data such as:

We do not store full credit card numbers.

4. Creator & Community Data

Creators may access limited information about users who interact with or purchase their content, such as usernames or subscription status.

Public or community features (posts, comments, profiles) may be visible to other users depending on your settings.

5. HealthKit Data

If you choose to connect Apple HealthKit:

  • HealthKit data is used solely to support workout and training functionality
  • HealthKit data is never used for advertising or marketing
  • HealthKit data is not sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law

You may revoke HealthKit access at any time through your device settings.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information as long as necessary to:

  • Provide the Platform
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Resolve disputes
  • Enforce agreements

When accounts are deleted, information is removed or anonymized unless retention is required by law or legitimate business needs.

Playbook does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.
