Having trouble logging in?

Never received confirmation code

  1. Double check you entered email correctly.
  2. Check Spam and Trash folders.
  3. (If Gmail) Check Updates or Promotions categories.

The code you entered is invalid

  1. Please make sure you are entering code from most recent login email from Playbook.
  2. Try resending the code and waiting a few minutes.

Logging in on multiple devices

If you've downloaded Playbook on multiple devices (iPhone, iPad or Android), you will need to go through each login separately.

This means:

  1. Enter your email address in the app.
  2. Open the most recent login email.
