You Can Now Reply to Creators’ Stories In the App

You can now reply directly to a creator’s story just like you can on Instagram.

See a story you like? Let your favorite creator know by replying to it.

You can also:

• Share your personal progress

• Share feedback and words of encouragement

Here’s how to reply to a story:

Step 1: Tap on the story you want to reply to

Whenever a creator has posted a story, a border will appear around their profile picture.

Step 2: Tap Message at the bottom of the screen

Once you send, the message will appear in your inbox.

To view story replies:

Step 1: Navigate to your Profile and tap on Inbox

Step 2: Tap on a creator to view the conversation

I sent multiple responses to my trainer and I haven’t heard back. What happened?

Please note that creators receive a significant amount of messages per hour, so it may take them some time to respond.

Can I directly message the creator photos and videos?

Yes! However, the max file is 20 MB for videos and photos.

I don’t have a response to their story, but I want to ask a question. Can I do that?
