A balanced diet is an important part of your overall wellness, and juicing is a great way to get your daily dose of greens — especially if you’re not a fan of veggies! Adding a green juice recipe or two to your weekly meals can help you stay on track with your wellness goals.

Ingredients

  • ½ of a lemon (rind removed)

  • ½ an inch of fresh ginger

  • ½ c. coconut water

  • Handful of fresh spinach

  • ½ green apple

  • ½ orange (rind removed)

  • A couple ice cubes

  • A splash of maple syrup (roughly 1 tbsp)

Ingredients

  • ½ head of lettuce

  • ½ head of romaine

  • 1 cucumber

  • 3 stalks celery

  • ¼ grapefruit

  • 1 ripe pear

  • 1 lemon

  • Fresh ginger

Nick Bare’s Fresh Green Powerhouse Juice

Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers

  • 1 c. pineapple

  • 2 kiwis

  • 6 stalks of celery

  • 1 lemon

  • 3 c. kale

  • 2 c. spinach

  • ½ in. piece of raw ginger root

  • Three ½ in. pieces of raw turmeric root

Ingredients

  • Handful of spinach

  • Handful of kale

  • 1 green apple

  • 1 banana

  • 3 small sticks of celery
