Holiday Planning 101

The holiday season is almost here! Make sure you’re taking advantage of this time of year by offering gifts, discounts, and more to your subscribers. Check out our suggestions below!

1. Create a 25% Off Annual Holiday Offer

Our team has created 25% off annual emails to send on Black Friday and in December to canceled and monthly users on your behalf. However, if you would like to create your own offer with a custom promo code, you can do so easily. Email us at creatorsupport@playbookapp.io by December 15 and we’ll help you set up a limited-time, custom promo code!

Giving a discount code is a great way to appeal to new, canceled, and existing users.

Add your promo code everywhere!

  • Link in bio

  • Linktree

  • IG feed post

  • IG stories

  • TikTok

Example text: “Use my promo code PROMOCODEHERE to get 25% off an annual subscription!”

2. Gift FREE Workouts

You have the ability to share workouts for free. Pick your most popular ones and share the links with your followers on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and via email. Every one of your users can redeem up to 5 gifted workouts before they need to subscribe to the app. Get info on how to gift workouts, here.

3. Promote Your Gift Card Link

All creators have a link where people can purchase a gift card for an annual subscription. Promote this on social media and encourage your subscribers to send gift cards to family and friends for the holidays! Here's how to access your gift card link.

Ideas for gift card promotion:

  • Send an email out, subject line: “Need a last minute holiday gift?”

  • Post gift card purchase link to your stories at least 1x/week

  • Go live on IG talking about gift cards + value of app

4. Run a Challenge

People are always looking for ways to achieve their New Year’s resolutions. Help them out by creating a challenge to kick off their fitness journey and goals in 2023. If you want to create a challenge, you should be thinking about it RIGHT NOW! Then, start promoting it at the end of November or early December, so people can sign up for the app.
